RAILA’S HEADACHE: Will Men In Black Strike Again?

HOMA BAY: After ODM’s lowest moment on Monday, where Senatorial by-election nomination in Homa Bay turned into ballot-kicking exercise, Former PM now says a popular vote will determine the party’s flag-bearer.

Raila made the remarks after the High Court overturned IEBC’s hard-line position not to extend the nomination deadline.

Following the ruling, Raila’s party has until December 27 to pick a candidate for the vacant seat.

CORD leader said the decision was reached after the delegates’ system turned chaotic, taking the party back to the ‘dark days’ of Men in Black, who kicked and destroyed voting materials in Kasarani early this year.

Poor election procedures and anarchy in ODM, which enjoys sizeable following in the country, continue to dent the opposition faction.

Jubilee team must be laughing at ODM. Donge?
